History
|
The soccer club was originally formed in the early 1980s as the Greater Gull Lake United Soccer Club. It represented the school districts of Comstock, Climax-Scotts, Delton Kellogg, Galesburg-Augusta, and Gull Lake.
At the Annual meeting of December 1989 the club name was changed to the "River Oaks Soccer Club" (ROSC) to better represent all of the school districts.
